Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000, the Chemicals Ordinance of 18 December 2005, Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance of 18 December 2005, the Biocidal Products Ordinance of 18 December 2005 , the Plant Protection Ordinance of 18 December 2005 and the Fertilizer Ordinance of 10 January 2001. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned federal legislation. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Legislation concerning chemicals (II); Plant Protection Ordinance (III); Fertilizer Ordinance (IV).
