Abstract
The Order sets rules on functions and powers of the Energy Agency, which is an institution assisting the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Construction on issues in regards to climate, energy and buildings. The Energy Agency assesses the Danish and international development on climate, energy and building and, among its tasks, it implements surveillance in cooperation with Energinet.dk in the installation of wind turbines, purchase of wind power units for local citizens and granting funds in support of local windmill studies and research.
