Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down detailed classification of diseases, measures to prevent and control diseases, means of communication, information, reporting and notification on the diseases, the list of appointed reference laboratories, and laboratory tests and methods. This Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Classification of diseases (Sec. 2); Measures (Sec. 3); Notification and reporting (Sec. 4); Laboratories, laboratory tests and methods of sampling (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6). Annex 1 specifies the list of diseases in accordance with the code of OIE. The preventive measures and other veterinary measures against the spread of diseases listed in Annex 1 are published on the website of the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. Annex 2 provides mandatory notifiable diseases. Preventive vaccination is prohibited for all diseases listed in Annex 3.
