Abstract
The Danish Agri-Fish Agency is an Agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries (Ministry of Food). The purpose of this Order is to set regulations regarding the agricultural and fisheries development through the Agency's administrative supervision in the implementation of the Ministry's business and environmental policy in agriculture and fisheries. The Agency is also responsible for the administration of financial subsidies related to the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EGLF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and European Fisheries Fund (EFF).
