Abstract
This Order is passed in exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (34 of 2019). Pursuant to this Order, the Acts mentioned in the Schedule to the Order are amended or repealed as provided therein and shall continue to have effect until repealed or amended by a competent Legislature or other competent authority.
