Abstract
This Regulation sets out detailed provisions for the implementation of the control system of the European Union in matter of common fisheries policy. These implementing rules govern inter alia general conditions for access to waters and resources, issue of fishing licences and authorizations, marking of fishing vessels, fishing logbooks and further declarations and reports. The Regulation provides with respect to, among other things, fishing by third country fishing vessel, requirements imposed by RFMOs, and port state inspections and related matters.
